2. Information We Collect

• Contact & account data: name, email address, phone number, company name, shipping address — provided when you request a quote or place an order.
• 3D model files: CAD files (STL, STEP, OBJ, etc.) you upload for quotation. These are processed locally in your browser; raw geometry data is transmitted to us only when you submit a formal quote request.
• Order & transaction data: product specifications, quantities, payment reference IDs (we never store full card numbers).
• Usage data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, time on site — collected via cookies and analytics tools (Google Analytics).
• Communications: emails, chat messages, or form submissions you send us.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To generate and deliver quotes for your parts.
• To process and fulfil orders, including shipping and customs documentation.
• To send order status updates and invoices.
• To improve our website and services through anonymised analytics.
• To comply with legal obligations (export controls, tax regulations).

6. CAD File Privacy

We understand that your 3D models may contain proprietary IP. Your uploaded files are used solely to generate your quote and are not shared with third parties. We are happy to sign a mutual NDA before any file transfer — contact us to request one.

7. Data Retention

We retain order records for 7 years for tax and legal compliance. Quote-only enquiries (no order placed) are deleted after 12 months. You may request earlier deletion by emailing [email protected].

We use essential cookies (session, CSRF) and optional analytics cookies (Google Analytics). You can disable analytics cookies in your browser settings. Our site remains fully functional without them.

9. Your Rights
