Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Survi Engineering website (survi.co.in) and any orders placed with Survi Engineering (“Survi”, “we”, “us”). By using our site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Quotations

All quotes are indicative estimates based on the information you provide. A binding price is confirmed only in our formal written quote, which is valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to revise a quote if your drawings or specifications change after initial submission.

2. Orders & Payment

• Orders are confirmed upon receipt of full payment or an agreed deposit (minimum 50% for orders over USD 500).
• Accepted payment methods: PayPal, Razorpay (cards, UPI, net banking), and international bank wire transfer.
• All prices are in USD unless otherwise agreed. Bank charges and currency conversion costs are the customer's responsibility.
• Production begins only after payment is confirmed. Lead times quoted assume same-day payment confirmation.

3. Design Files & Intellectual Property

• You warrant that you own or have the right to use all design files you submit to us.
• We will not reproduce or share your designs with third parties. We are happy to sign an NDA on request.
• Survi retains no IP rights over your parts or designs.
• You grant Survi a limited licence to process your files solely for the purpose of manufacturing your order.

4. Delivery & Risk

• Delivery dates are estimates. We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, or force majeure events.
• Risk of loss passes to you when we hand the shipment to the carrier (Ex Works, Pune).
• Import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees are the customer's responsibility.

5. Quality & Acceptance

Parts are manufactured to the tolerances specified in your approved drawing. If no tolerance is specified, ISO 2768-m applies. You have 14 days from delivery to inspect and report non-conformances. After 14 days, parts are deemed accepted.

6. Limitation of Liability

Survi's total liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages, including loss of production, lost profit, or product recall costs.

7. Export Controls

You are responsible for compliance with all applicable export control laws in your country. By placing an order, you confirm that the parts will not be used for any prohibited purpose and that you are not subject to any sanctions that would prevent us from fulfilling your order.

8. Website Use

• You may use our website for lawful purposes only.
• You must not attempt to access systems, data, or accounts other than your own.
• Our instant quote tool processes files locally in your browser — no file content is transmitted until you explicitly submit a quote request.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The version in force at the time you place an order governs that order. Continued use of the website after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pune, Maharashtra, India, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights you hold in your local jurisdiction.
